My darling friends Natalie at Just-A-Gal and Allison at A little Shabby always Chic awarded me the "One Lovely Blog Award" and I'm honored that the both of you thought enough of my little blog to give me this lovely award. THANK YOU LADIES YOU ARE TOO SWEET!!!

So sweet ladies, I'm very thankful for your words of encouragements and friendship. The both of you make this little kingdom of Bloglandia a much nicer, friendlier place and I cherish your friendships more then you could know.
As we all know, awards come with strings attached...to pass them on to special people, but I've decided to be a complete rule breaker today and pass both awards on to everyone who passes this way. Every persons blog that I visit touches my heart in different ways which makes you all special and dear to me and it's always difficult to just choose a few or feel as if someones being left out. The truth is that each one of you is unique with your own special qualities and personalities and for that I adore you all. So please feel free to claim these awards as your own or to just simply say "how sweet."

Good Saturday morning to you Cori G! Hope your day has something fun in it! We've been to the beach and saw lots of pelicans today. Later we're headed to Long Beach to meet up with high school friends at a mini reunion...interesting.
Blessings!
Hello sweet friend. Is it rainy down south? My son is with his girlfriend & family in the L.A. area right now. I am delighted to be tucked in a warm cottage in the midst of gentle rains.
Thank you for the invite to campout in your driveway...someday, we will come...but we will by no means intrude, rather we will be quiet as mice, courtious of your hospitality. We are happy as can be in the coziness of our wee cottage on wheels. How fun it will be to stroll thru your gardens, sip tea, walk our puppies on the beach together.
Hello Fairmaiden,
We've had no sign of rain today which is very sad because I was looking so forward to the sound on the windows. It has been very gloomy tho and I've spent the entire day indoors. I haven't been feeling well the last two weeks and have been running a low grade fever on and off. So the rain or should I say the "un-rain" was a good excuse to stay at home curled up on the couch.
Later hubby and I are going to make popcorn and watch Penelope. Have you seen it? It's one of my favorite fairy tales and her clothes are too daring for words. Oh that I could sew and sew beautifully. I do sew, but clothes have always been a terrible challenge so I stick to pillows and curtains and the such.
You are most welcome about the invite and any time you'd like.
I hope your son has fun with his girlfriend and family :)!
Awe. I whole-hearted agree with the lovely ladies who presented you with these awards! **standing ovation** Deborah
You're sweet :) Thanks for the kind words :)
All the best,
Allison
