JUNE

birdhouse

I don’t know about you, but I love June gloom…

birdhouse2

The flowers appear to be bathed in candle light, beneath shrouded skies of gray…

birdhouse3

The gentle trickle of water sounds like faerie laughter in the trees…

birdhouse5

The sweet sound of bird song can be heard drifting through my back door.

birdhouse4

the earth becomes His sanctuary, and I wonder what it was like before the fall…
all is well during the month of June.

Oh Cori, so so so beautiful. No gloom. No sad. Life is just too beautiful. How I have missed you, my beloved friend. **kisses** Deb

Gypsy Rose, It is lovely to see your gardens...always. I do miss your blogging but understand that life changes happen. Hope you are enjoying your return to college. Do you know what you want to do after that? I may return one day to finish my degree in Art, since that is my hearts passion and what I am pursueing now. I really don't want to do anything with my B.A degree in Nutrition...except maybe work parttime at Henry's Market or Trader Joes. Our gardens are finally filling out. It is hard to believe that only 5 yrs ago it was all hardpan clay dirt! It's very rewarding to see the fruits of our labor.
