Warmth

This is where I've been the past several days.
Curled up beneath the warmth of a beloved blanket
that a dear friend made for me.

It's softness and warmth provided a certain comfort to keep the chill away.

As I lay there wrapped in it's warmth on a cold chilly day
I was reminded of another Friend
who is always just a stones toss away.
No matter how dark my Gethsemane may be
He is just up the path
making intersession for me.

The blanket is beautiful. Wonderful thoughts of our Savior...
I could use a couple extra blankets up here since the high today is in the low thirties. When I woke up it was 18 degrees!!

What a lovely gift you received.

AMEN ! What would we do without HIM...HE is EVER PRESENT !

My hubby has a bad cold "bug" this week, it started getting worse yesterday...I would appreciate a prayer for him. (Colds go to his chest so easily it seems.)

And we are homebound when he is sick..as I do not drive much any longer in Houston traffic.

That blanket is heavenly. I love the color. And your bed is a beautiful cozy place to lay. Looks like it should be in a magazine!

Wow- what a beautiful blanket! When you are sick, the weight of it probably feels just right.

It was so cold here- 27' last night- that rain water froze in the kids' dump trucks and my bird bath! CRAZY!

Love, Mo
