Just saying Hello!

disney-suckers

I’m just popping in for a minute to say hello! My little corner of the world has been very busy lately especially at work, but let’s not talk about that ;-).

I’ve been sending as much time at The Happiest Place on earth just soaking in the Christmas season. Everything is covered in garland and lights and looks ever so magical.

This Sunday evening one of my cousins and I will be attending Disney’s Candle Light Processional. Have you heard of it?

new-orleans-1

It’s one of those hidden gems that Disney puts on once a year with local choirs and bands plus there’s a reading of the birth of Jesus straight out of Luke chapter 2…word for word! Amazing don’t you think? This year the scripture reading will be done by Jon Voight…I just love that man.

Any way, like I said, I was only popping in for a minute and now my minute is up and I’ve got to run. I hope you all have a great Thursday!!! Ooh! Christmas cookies are on my list of to-do’s this weekend too! Are you baking any and what kind?

I love that you share about Disney Land...so far from our little world...we can't pop in easily. So cool that they do the Candle Light Processional...keep sharing your pictures... I'm LOVING IT! And YEAH for you...you won that pretty tea pot over at Mille Fiori Favoriti..pretty exciting! You're the perfect one to win that.

Now that is a well-stocked kitchen you have there with all the necessities in that first photo! teehee!!! I just looked up those tiny little Dove peppermint bark candies and they are ONE POINT EACH! So I am guessing that my entire year's worth of points is in that picture! OOoooo, but on that sugar high I could certainly get all of my little elfin work completed! Oh how I love you, my little dearie! **blows kisses** Deb

Walt Disney World is my MOST favorite place to visit. Unfortunately I have never been to Disneyland but have dreamed about going there since I was a little girl. I would love to see this attraction - if Disney does it it will be beautiful!

Actually, Paul's cheeks look as if they have been permanently squeezed! I do wonder what he has been reporting back to Santa about our bad bad Alice...teehee

Disney does so many wonderful things that are unknown to many.

Thank you for sharing your minute. I am glad to see you.

I love that you share about The Happiest Place on Earth too! I showed my MIL your blog when I was in Whittier and told her, "She has an annual pass to DL and she posts about it on her blog all the time- I love that!"

We have made two different sugar cookie recipes this week- and gorged ourselves. I am hoping to get some lights up outside and Josiah got down all the Christmas deco boxes from the garage rafters for me! He even got the fake tree down! Yeah- we have not had a tree up for about four years because of little people- but I think/ hope they are old enough now!

Have a great week! {{hugs}}

Hi Moorea,
I haven't even started my baking yet and have no idea when I'll have the time...yikes!! Working 4 days a week has a way of cutting into one's spare time.
So I hope you were preping your MIL for the next time you come down...she could come have coffee with us and I'll still treat ;-).
I love you Mo!
