What, This Ol' Thing?

This ol' thing has been sitting in my backyard for about a month now and every time I pass it by I think, "when is hubby going to dump that thing in the garbage!" But yesterday as I was watering the hollyhock it caught my eye and I started to imagine all the wonderful things I could do with it. I love its shapely legs and industrial wheels, in fact, I've always had an affection for old metal things and reusing them for other than what they were originally intended.
So I've decided this ol' thing is going to be painted white and brought indoors to be used as the end table next to the guest bed. Now to find the perfect lamp :)!

I can't wait for the big reveal! I know as soon as I get rid of something I realize what I could have done with it. Oh. Happy Short Week! **blows kisses** Deborah

I think that will be very cool. Was it an old typewriter stand?

Enjoyed reading your posts and even the older ones.

I like what you wrote about yourself. (Under the About Me).

Sounds like a beautiful and contented life many would love to have..

A very good idea to recycle that table! Sometimes it takes awhile for a new use to reveal itself!

I like your new blog look too ..very soft!
