This morning as I was driving to work I looked over and noticed that the sign had been changed. Further down the road I passed my favorite gardening center "Batavia Gardens." There were gallons of strawberry pink and purple foxglove spires calling to me as I passed by..."take us home, take us home."
Today would be the perfect day to play in my garden...

We actually have a warmer day...in the 60's but I'm still weeks away from the no freeze nights...oh how I'm longing for LOTS of flowers.

OKAY! I've got fresh home-made mulch and extra coffee grounds. I should be there by dinner! I don't wear gardening gloves...I love the feel of the earth on my hands. **blows kisses** Deborah

Hi Cori,
Foxglove is so pretty! I can imagine it growing amongst all your roses. I love the quote --so true!

Hi Deanna,
Gardening with me is a love hate relationship so "no" I didn't go back to buy them. We don't have an automated sprinkler system so everything has to be hand watered. Since I have a job, a crumbling cottage, a husband, and puppies that need walking and playing with the watering is the last thing on my list to do. I'm hoping hubby's next project will be a sprinkler system :). Of course I'll help him dig all the holes :)!
Have a fun week!!

xoxo Cori
