The other day I was listening to a fascinating message about this on the radio. It's something I want to look into further!
Thank you for your concern! We're doing fine, a few bumps in the road, like hubby's job is uncertain right now (because of the GM shake-up), and I've been a bit overwhelmed with responsibilities and have had to step back and rearrange priorities a bit (never an easy thing for me to do!)
I hope you and your family are doing well, I'm sure the holidays will not be easy for you this year.
