For it is the God who commanded light to shine out of darkness, who has shone in our hearts to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ.

But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellence of the power may be of God and not of us. We are hard-pressed on every side, yet not crushed; we are perplexed, but not in despair.

2 Corinthians 4:6-8

A wonderful passage, Cori.

"We are hard-pressed on every side, yet not crushed; we are perplexed, but not in despair".

How comforting - reminding us, in the end, we have no need for despair. God is still in control!

Oh Cori, this one is so timely today. I need to open the Word to this verse and look around. Somehow I missed the last post. I get perplexed with the blogging world and how it sometimes works. :) I don't have tons of magazines but I do have many that I go through and with great pain throw out. Some are filled with such beauty or information. I'm trying to come up with a notebook that I can put the informative articles into. blessings on your day with Him!
